Ordering Policies

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries within the state of South Carolina (SC). Application of sales tax may be subject to change.

Price Changes
Prices and availability are subject to change.

Shipping
We strive to process and ship orders within 48 hours from receipt of them. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). FEDEXground shipping requires 1-7 business days. Please contact us to request your shipment tracking number.

Overnight Shipping
Please contact us, as we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote and can arrange to have your order expedited.

P.O. Boxes
Deep Steep orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. We require a physical address for shipment.

International Shipping
Shipping to AK and HI and Internationally: Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Return Policy
Unopened products may be returned. Refund amount will be given on products only minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded. All returned products must be received at Deep Steep's warehouse for inspection before credits are issued. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
